Global Cross Risk Data Analyst Job Description:
The Cross Risk Data Support program is part of a significant Regulatory initiative and will create a best in class Cross Risk support function for the Wholesale Bank.
The program will be a key success factor in meeting the Bank’s obligations for effective Risk data aggregation and Risk reporting.

Help the Risk Data Support team deliver against the team’s key priorities of the overall Cross Risk Data Support platform.
Responsible for the delivery of the remediation plan milestones and Cross Risk Data Remediation team daily activities.
The analyst will work closely with other key groups such as CRMO BAU teams, Risk Reporting and Finance, Risk Technology, Operations and various LOB leads to fulfil the objectives of the role.

The roles will involve working with a broad range of stakeholders and senior sponsors globally across the Risk function and across asset-class and offers broad exposure across the Firm.

Primary responsibilities include:
-Active participation in process improvements and automation/enhancements to current activities / tasks
-Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set for all processes are carried out in the team
-Partnership with business partners and stakeholders of projects
-Ensuring accuracy on performing BAU related activities / tasks and non disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality
-Prepare and run reports; to consolidate and analyze data received from multiple reports
-Establish and maintain an effective communication with key partners

Global Cross Risk Data Analyst Candidate Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of work experience in financial services industry
-Strong analytical skills; ability to perform complex analytical assignments
-Interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Flexible, organized, able to work under pressure
-Ability to learn and use complex databases and systems
-Ability to pay attention to details to ensure 100% data integrity
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
-Basic knowledge of investment banking products will be an added advantage
-Prior experience working in a middle office or back-office team a plus
-Basic knowledge of Client Maintenance and Reference Data a plus

Technical Skills
-Working knowledge / experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
-Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills preferred
-Solid organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data received from multiple reports
-MS Project & Visio skills preferred
