Job description

Adecco is hiring for one of their top financial services companies. This position is with a highly prominent company that went public two years ago. This position will focus on developing the knowledge base required to pursue the role of Mid-Market Services Coordinator while providing support and backup to the various Client Service Teams. They will work in tandem with Service Teams within Client Services and assist in the assembly of client communication and coordination.


Participate as a back up in Mid-Market Services team coverage
Monitor investment objective changes and provide written confirmation as necessary
Prepare address/contact change documents and complete follow up to ensure proper state registration status for compliance and investment purposes
Review and process account cancellations and coordinate necessary follow up/correspondence
Process client directives
Complete or escalate client data and fulfillment requests
Facilitate information exchange between internal departments and external parties in regards to changes/updates on existing account
Order, prepare and coordinate client reviews for meetings and mailings
Prepare and submit meeting review forms
Research and work to resolve client problems/issues as appropriate or assigned by Mid-Market Client Services Team’s
Escalate problem issues to Mid-Market Service team as appropriate


Assist in the preparation, and process new account documents which includes notification to all appropriate parties; distribution of documents; account status follow up with internal departments, the Financial Advisor (IDG specific) and the Vice President/Client Consultant


Assist in the Appointment of new Financial Advisors (IDG specific)
Facilitate and track the assignment of Financial Advisor Codes (IDG specific)
Coordinate and conduct the Appointment Process when a Financial Advisor changes Broker Dealers or Registered Investment Advisory Firms or when a client changes from one financial Advisor to another (IDG specific)
Prepare and distribute reports and response to Financial Advisor (IDG specific) and Broker requests

Bachelor’s degree Series 6 and 63 or equivalent or obtain within 12 months of hire
Work independently with strong prioritization and organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven problem solving skills
High attention to detail
Comfort in dealing with numbers/mathematics
