Adecco is currently recruiting highly qualified Administrative Assistant associates for several of our valued clients in the Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas area.
Hourly wages: From $12.00 an hour to $18.00 an hour, depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Typing letters, memos, reports, open and distribute mail
Creating Excel spreadsheets, data, charts and power point presentations for Executives
Schedule weekly department meetings, prepare agenda and take minutes
Coordinate use of the conference room
Arrange travel for Vice President and all members
Track monthly invoices for members at all locations
Complete expense reports and distribute to appropriate department for prompt payment
Input Purchase Orders for projects
Manage all equipment, supplies, purchases and maintenance agreements
Answer multi-line phone system and greet vistors upon arrival.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 2-5 years administrative experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Accuracy and attention to detail a must
Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and be self motivated
Ability to work with an array of professionals and different personalities
Ability to master new computer applications
Model professionalism and maintain total confidentially with personnel matters
