Adecco is currently recruiting for a front desk Coordinator for one of valued Northland client. Be the face of the company!

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients as they enter the facility including offering refreshments
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Managing and organizing the calendar, keeping everyone on task.
Enter client information into the database
Provide services to clients using suggestive selling skills
Supporting the executives, managers, departments, and assistants with clerical duties.


Requirements:
2-5 years administrative experience working in a officesetting.
Proven track record in office management
Must have great phone skills, customer service, and ability to multi-task
Quick learner, well rounded, creative, reliable and eagerness to go the extra mile.
Strong MS office software skills
