Candidate will complete an average of 6-8 weeks of classroom training. Will be expected to analyze several systems and data bases, review policy information, research policy provisions and prepare death claims for payment. Candidate should have excellent PC knowledge and skills. Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
