Administrative Assistant to assist with the following:
Assist specialists, coordinators and management with purchase orders, invoices and payment handling.
Utilizes SAP ERP system to create/manage purchase orders, invoices and payment vouchers
Perform general office duties and under supervision administers relationship with copier and office supply vendors.
Provide under supervision administrative support related to AMEX (P-card, C-card and BTA), creating and cancelling card accounts, mailing cards, CAR reconciliation etc.
Data analysis and internet research, create complex graphs and PowerPoint/Excel spreadsheets, analyze trends, perform various monthly and quarterly reports as requested
3-5 years professional administrative experience preferably in high-tech industries.
Excellent skills in PC, Microsoft Office Suite and SAP. Superior organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
