Collections Representative

A local leading organization is currently seeking experienced Collections Representatives in Cincinnati, Ohio for a long term, temp to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities for a Collections Representative include but are not limited to the following:

Acts as the liaison between creditors and customers and manages overdue accounts in order to collect on delinquent bankcard accounts and assist to set up repayment plans.

Listen to customer story and determine is debt can be collected.
Offer advice or refer customers to debt counselors.

Follow federal and state laws dealing with debt collection.

Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Pay for this position is $12/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

•Candidates must be willing to work 3 days a week 8am-5pm, 2 days 12pm-9pm, 2 Saturdays a month from 8am-12pm, and the last business day of each month.
