Candidate must possess expertise in all facets of residential real estate transactions, including regulatory compliance, managing title orders, through the funding and post closing functions. Must have strong RE legals skills, outstanding written and oral communication skills and be able to work in a small office with an outstanding staff! Must be able to do a HUD1 from a P & S, but any additional experience is a big plus! (for example: reverse huds)
