Our client is a well-established boutique investment advisory firm. Financially stable and growing, they continued to thrive throughout the recent economic downturn. They work within all aspects of investment banking but specialize in asset management & advisory services to institutional clients.
The named partner is a banking visionary, broker of some of the largest M&As of record and a well-respected thought leader in the financial services community. He seeks only the best & brightest talent to join his team of 300+ professionals. Currently they are seeking to hire an administrative assistant for their midtown office. Candidates MUST have a 4 yr. degree from an accredited college, at least six months as an administrative support person within a financial services firm and three years overall experience is ideal.
Will support a team of 7 including 3 partners. Provide phone coverage, calendar management including scheduling of back-to-back meetings, conference calls and appointments. Complex domestic & international travel. Draft & edit all correspondence. Maintain database off business & personal contacts. Advanced Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook. Process & submit T&Es. Up to 20% light personal work.
4 year degree from an accreddited school a must. Kindly note that this position is purely administrative there is no project work, even though it is located on the trading floor. The maximum salary is 65K plus generous bonus. And built in OT as hours are 8-5:30.
Must be extremely polished & poised with excellent communication skills.
Must be able to pass a very thorough background check. Be able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship.
