Customer Service Representatives

Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, receive inbound calls from clients and/or pharmacies. Serve as the subject matter expert to analyze and help resolve escalated or complex issues with the end goal being a win-win resolution for customer and the client. Professionally and accurately deliver best in class customer service by answering, researching, and resolving customer inquiries about enrollments, loyalty programs and/or adherence. Strong ability to multi-task in a call center environment including toggling between different programs while listening to the client, typing, talking and sitting for extended periods of time.

Basic Requirements:
¿ High School Diploma or GED.
¿ 1+years experience in Customer Service, Retail and/or Sales work environment.
¿ Basic reading, writing and math skills.
¿ Strong computer skills, including experience navigating the internet and using PC and Windows-based software (Microsoft Office).
¿ Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate program procedural information to patients, advocates and pharmacists.
¿ Meet or exceed call center metrics including performance and attendance policy adherence.

Minimum Qualifications:
¿ Problem solving/resolution/decision-making skills, including the ability to quickly understand and analyze new information and situations.
¿ Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills including the ability to carry a conversation while typing and navigating through different systems.
¿ Ability to quickly learn and retain new program information and apply knowledge to enhance quality of call responses.
¿ Accept and apply constructive feedback on performance issues and call monitor activities.

Preferred Skills:
¿ Healthcare industry experience.
¿ 1+ years Call Center environment experience.
