Looking to place a Customer Service Associte (CSA), who can handle 80 inbound/outbound calls in a transporation/Logistics industry

The CSA will be responsible for the following duties :
*Confirm orders/delivery
*Order Taking over the phone, email and fax
*Data Entry of orders on the computer system while on a live call.
*Coordinating pick up and drop off (of client product)
*Resolve all issues as they relate to order, shipment, billing, etc.

Must Have HS diploma.
Must be able to multi task
Must be able to handle high pressure environments
Transporation, Dispatch and Logistics exp is required.
Must have a minimum of 3 yars + exp
At lease one year in the related industry
