Adecco is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a growing company. Customer Service Representatives interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Qualifications for the Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives include, but are not limited to the following:
MUST BE FLEXIBLE to work in either St. Charles or West County, as the company has multiple locations requiring travel to both for work.
must be flexible to work Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 11:00pm (scheduled for an 8 hr shift anytime during these hours) and every Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm
MUST be able to pass a credit check, extensive background and drug screen.
Must possess H.S. Diploma/GED and have previous customer service experience
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English,
Pay for this position is $12/hr with overtime as needed. This is a temporary to hire opportunity .
Responsibilities for the Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative include but are not limited to the following:
Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular loss is covered by insurance.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices, and prepare invoices for returned goods.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
High School Diploma / GED
Recent 1 to 2 years experience
Credit Check, Criminal Background/Drug Screen
