Adecco is currently recruiting for our client in Phoenix, AZ. This is a great temporary to permanent opportunity with a top-rated wireless provider. We are searching for multiple professional, dedicated, and enthusiastic customer service representatives to join this call center! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail or call center sales environment!
Responsibilities:
* Provides superior customer service
* Strives for one-call resolution.
* Answer, close, and process inbound sales calls.
* Demonstrate positive and cooperative behavior with customers and coworkers.
* Meets productivity, quality, and punctuality standards.
* Review and explain invoices, service and equipment features, and account balance.
* Appropriately apply adjustments and credits.
* Troubleshoot and solve service and equipment issues.
* Promote and add new and current services and features.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of previous retail/call center sales experience.
* Have 2 years exceptional customer service experience.
* High School Diploma or GED
* Knowledgeable with Windows & MS Office.
* Be able to sit for 8 to 10 hours.
* Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Be able to multi-task & explain issues in simple terms.
* A basic understanding of cellular phones and the cellular industry is preferred but not necessary.
