Job description

Adecco has an immediate need for outgoing, self-motivated call center representatives for a National retail client in SE Portland, OR.

Selected associates will answer calls from customers throughout the country and providing exceptional customer service via phone and email correspondence.

Requirements for this position:
- ability to type at least 45 wpm
- strong communication abilities, both verbal and written with good grammar/spelling.
- strong computer skills with ability to type while talking, navigate between multiple windows, and learn new programs/processes quickly.
- flexible schedule as call center is open 7 days a week.
- excellent attendance record with prior employers.
- above all else, a willingness to provide excellent customer service.
