Customer Service and call center representatives wanted! Adecco has several IMMEDIATE long term Customer Care Specialist opportunities for bilingual candidates with leading local employers.

A Customer Care Agent will be taking inbound calls and resolving issues. Job responsibilities include:

. Research and respond to customer questions and concerns
. Educate customers about services
. Perform administrative tasks

Job requirements:
. 1 year customer service experience
. Excellent communication skills
. Strong organizational skills
. Excellent problem solving skills
. Working knowledge of MS office programs
