Duties/Responsbilities:
- Process order inquiry calls
- Initiate service orders
- Provide service order status updates
- Process billing calls and inquiry calls

Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Must have HS Diploma/GED
- Strong computer skills
- Strong multi tasking skills
- Must be available Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 7:15pm (rotating shift in that time frame)
