Seeking an outgoing customer service professional! Candidate must have 3-5 years call center experience and have excellent computer and verbal communication skills! Duties include; responding to all incoming telephone inquiries and orders, increase revenue by participating in up-sell and cross-sell promotions, adhere to SOP’s and departmental training guidelines, and maintain daily sales order log, reports, and other records. Must be available for shifts between the hours of 6am and 8pm.
