Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced IT Call Director for a 9 month contract in Oklahoma City.

Will take on average 40 inbound calls a day, must be able to speak intelligently about a customer’s issue with them, as well as be able to explain the issue to a next level engineer. Very little troubleshooting involved with tranfering the majority of calls received to a second level engineer. Will handle some calls that are within scope of the position, for example dispatching hard drives, perc battery’s EXC. Selected candidates will interact with every department within Technical Support. Selected candidates must be detail oriented and able to document every call they take using various tools provided by the client. A basic knowledge of RAID is required as well as general technical support issues. A Plus certificate is desirable but not required for this position.

Must be able to work any shift Monday-Sunday between 7am-9pm. No shift modifications allowed. Shifts will be scheduled after approximately 1-2 weeks.



Previous call center experience, good communication skills both oral and written, problem solving abilities as calls may be complex in scope.

Must be able to pass type and outlook assessments and have general IT experience to qualify.
