We are currently looking for experienced call center applicants.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Generally performs a high volume of customer service inquiries about the company’s products and services by following standard procedures.
Consults with senior peers and team leads on non-complex issues to learn through experience
Responsible for responding to client inquiries regarding accounts, products and procedures.
Provides consistently professional and effective customer support to consumers via the telephone
Experience in banking, financial or collections a plus!
Handles customer inquires and resolves support issues.
Performs other administrative duties as requested
Education:
High School diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience that is required for the specific job level.
Experience: 2 or more years experience in a customer service related position. Experience handling inbound calls in a corporate call center environment strongly preferred.
Language: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish or French preferred.
