A Customer Service Support job in Vancouver, Washington, is available courtesy of Adecco Engineering and Technical. This position will provide administrative support for the customer service order processing function, maintaining department and product files, and creating routine correspondence. This is a one year contact position with a salary range from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience level.
Customer Service Support job responsibilities include:
• Data entry of new and change orders into the SAP system.
• Maintains and archives department, product, and individual customer activity files
• Monitor customer orders for delivery improvements focusing on, on time delivery.
• Ability to read and understand documents such as stock availability reports, invoices, purchase orders, correspondence, and general procedure manuals
• Must have knowledge of customer service practices and exposure to processing orders and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Strong PC skills are required, including working knowledge of an integrated order management system, Microsoft Excel and Word for Windows.
• Someone who would understand the whole view of ordering management.
