Customer Service Representative
Call Center & Customer Service
Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work in Billings, MT. This is a direct hire position.
This position will be responsible for customer service contacts with international and domestic companies to ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders. The CSR is the first point of customer contact for general inquiries such as expediting, scheduling, and shipping. This position is also responsible for the production of reporting on a regular basis, keep the PSR, customer and management abreast of our performance.
Provide support to customers and representatives via telephone, fax or email on a daily basis
Provide 100% customer satisfaction: interface w/ all departments and outside field sales personnel
Provide customer and billing reports as needed for accounting and management
Maintain privacy of customer account information
Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relationships with customers
Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with co-workers and area personnel and with upper management
Provides efficient pre- and post-sales support to customers to satisfy their needs
Process customer orders through the order entry system, verifying pricing, quantities, part numbers, and routing.
Assists customers with product information, including part numbers, pricing and availability.
Assist customers with emergency orders, as well as orders and /or issues relating to special customer requirements.
Take personal responsibility to resolve customer complaints regarding deliveries. Pricing, credits and warranty issues. Follows through quickly and completely to ensure the external or internal customer is satisfied.
Prepares credit and return material forms
Maintain accurate records of customer communication and transactions
Other duties as assigned
High School diploma or GED
2 years customer service with computer data entry experience
Experience/knowledge in the mining industry highly preferred
Strong skills in MS Word and Excel
Ability to operate office equipment, including- computer, copy machine, fax machine and multi-line phone
Strong oral and written communication with customers, co-workers and various contacts within the business, in a courteous and professional manner
Conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently as well as be a team player within direct department, as well as with the entire organization
Pay is DOE. Hours typically M-F 8am-5pm. Company offers full benefits package.
