Department: Marketing
Reports To: VP, Marketing
Work Location: Headquarters - Fort Myers, FL
Format: Onsite Freelance/Temp (40 hrs/week)

Our client got their start nearly thirty years ago as a small women's boutique offering an exclusive collection of women's apparel and accessories. Through the years they have continued to leverage elegant yet simple themes. Throughout the journey, their passion has always been to make women look and feel beautiful. Today, they operate more than 400 boutiques and over 45 outlets across the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This distinctive women's apparel company lives and breathes fashion, and takes great pride in the personal development and guidance of their associates to be the best they can be. They are currently seeking a Marketing Manager.

The Manager of Marketing is responsible for driving sales through key marketing initiatives. The manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and communicating the omnichannel projects associated with the key seasonal initiatives for the brand. Works with cross-functional teams of planning, creative, DTC, CRM, Social, Sore Operations, and the Field to support the development and execution of each program. Manages projects from concept to execution including documenting results and analytical observations.

-Projects are assigned by working with the VP of Marketing and other marketing managers to ensure that every project outlined in the seasonal strategy calendar has a marketing manager assigned to it.
-Once assigned, the manager is responsible for the project from concept to execution.
-Outline details of the project in the seasonal strategy decks.
-Manage code approval process, creation and analysis for the project.
-Outline all creative deliverables with due dates in a completed brief with all deliverables and timing. Become the go-to person on the project for any follow-up questions.
-Communication of all assigned activities to the store ops and field teams.
-Create comprehensive planning and historical documents with results ensuring all touch points to the consumer.
-Maintain competitor files of other mall and outlet retailers.
-Bring fresh ideas to each new seasonal planning session based on competitor review or hindsight on past events.

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required.
-5 to 7 years of experience working in a retail marketing department and/or ad agency.
-Must have experience with media buying and understand creative terminology.
-Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
-Strong written and verbal communications.
-Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point programs.
-Skills to organize and complete multiple projects.
-Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to interact with a diverse team of people, including all levels of leadership, remote teams and agencies.
-Must be a highly organized multitasker with a proven time management/prioritization track record.
-Passion and understanding of retail and fashion.
