Client Relationship Manager ($70K - $80K)
Madison, CT

Our client, a rapidly growing software company, has an immediate opening for a Client Relationship Manager. This person will report into the Sales & Marketing department with the primary goal of building and maintaining new and existing client relationships. The roles contain elements of sales, by supporting new sales efforts and by up/cross selling products to existing clients. The relationship manager will be active in client projects, playing the role of business sponsor. Measuring and reporting on client satisfaction will be a critical component of the role and actively trying to maintain and improve that satisfaction is critical. The relationship will support the service department’s day-to-day efforts and provide continual feedback.

Sales Support

The CRM will be involved during the sales cycle and will assist the sales team as needed, including doing RFP’s, proposals, demos, meetings, conferences, etc.
The CRM will maintain and enhance the client relationship by ensuring their satisfaction, addressing any issues or open-items and up-selling new products/enhancements.


Implementations

The CRM will be active during implementation by assisting the implementation team with:

Specification Gathering
Integrating new client with chosen production facility
Testing – overall client sign-off / approval of process before go-live
Communication - ensuring a smooth transition for the new client by keeping in constant contact and establishing a positive relationship.




On-Going Relationship Management

Frequent Phone / Email contact with all customers
Meetings with current clients to cover:

Open Items
Satisfaction Level
Future enhancements
Up-sell opportunities




Internal Team Building

Ensure all internal teams (PMO, Customer Service, IT, Operations and Sales) are operating in the best interest of the company and its clients.

Requirements:

BA/BS degree
Experience in sales & account management
Functioning knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Metrics analysis experience
Contract management experience, including negotiating and finalizing sourcing contracts
Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills confirm assumptions, and measure success
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
