In this position candidates will responsible for the maintenance of rotating equipment such as Compressors, Turbines, Blowers, Pumps and Associated Gearbox and Gearing Systems. Fixed equipment such as heat exchangers, coolers and coldboxes, and auxiliary systems such as chillers, cooling towers and water treatment systems. The predictive maintenance program; Such as vibration analysis and oil analysis, and ensure time resolution of all identified issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead or assist in Root Cause Analysis (Rca) activities as needed.
identify and resolve chronic mechanical asset concerns (Bad Actors)
Develop and execute small (100K) expense/Capital Projects for reliability improvement
Assist in resolution planning for long term mechanical asset concerns (Reliability Threats)
Assist in the cost estimation of corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and/ or projects
Assist i the turnaround planning and execution.
Utilize Six Sigma Methodologies for continuous improvement of reliability
Lead resolution of highest impact issues with strong sense of urgent and integrity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Associate/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Minimum 5-years of experience in rotating equipment and mechanical maintenance/ reliability engineering in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Without degree with a min of 10-years of experience in maintenance of rotating equipment and reliability in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Levil I1 Certification in Vibration Analysis
Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis, C&E or Fmea Methodologies.
Proven Experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment such as Compressors, Turbines, Blowers, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Coldbook Systems, Chillers and Cooling Towers.
Excellent communication, team interaction and presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications:
BS degree mechanical engineering
Proven understanding of Regulatory and Industrial standards and Codes.
Proven understanding of Precision Maintenance Standards in an Industrial Manufacturing Environment.
Proven experience in Cmms Systems such as infor Eam.
Proven experience in Engineering Documentation Software (Autocad, Visio etc.)
Proven knowledge of REliability Methodologies and Strategies such as Rcm, Tpm, Spar Parts Management, Planning & Scheduling and Cmms Optimization
