Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Senior Structural Engineer opportunity with an established Engineering firm in the Orange County area, offering explosive growth, a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Applicants should have strong communication and people skills. Practicing engineers must have experience in a wide variety of structural materials and building types with emphasis on steel and concrete. Working closely with architects and other engineers; the Structural Engineer will analyze, design, plan, and research structural components and structural systems to achieve design goals and ensure the safety and comfort of users or occupants. As second in command, he/she will be managing day to day operations of a design office with a team of seven. This position requires a minimum of 16+ years of industry experience, ideally 18+ years production engineering. Professionals will be considered for possible managerial and executive roles.

Requirements:

Minimum M.S., Structural, and/or Civil Engineering degree or related field required.
Minimum 16 years + experience in structural engineering, experienced in the detailed design of structural steel and reinforced concrete, production engineering.
S.E. or P.E. license is a plus
