JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Provide advanced engineering expertise to solve problems and implement changes to mill operations and production and quality capability by developing scope, estimating costs, designing, constructing, purchasing and installing or modifying existing equipment
Support operations and maintenance in solving recurring issues
Support maintenance on scheduled and unscheduled outages
Manage project costs while providing greatest value to the mill


Required Experience:

BSEE degree
At least 6 years of experience in Project Engineering/Management in a manufacturing environment


Soft Skills:

Strong project management skills
Strong analytical capabilities
Proven ability to direct and track progress of projects
Problem solving
Organizational and communication skills
