Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineer on a project basis in Southern Indiana
The team is looking for a experience Manufacturing/Process Engineer to provide assistance to various production team members during a very busy production schedule. This person should have previous manufacturing experience and worked with the following:
Provide expertise around manufacturing issues/problems.
Manage various teams activities to provide those solutions
Implement programs within a team environment to help improve operations/safety/inventory/quality.
Work with purchasing/procurement in around supplier/customers issues/problems.
Maintain quality programs.
Work with teams in providing assistance with various machinery/technology.
Support new program launches
Excellent organization and communication skills for daily interaction.
Monitor daily quality and productivity results, and react to problems as they occur.
Worked with production lines involved in assembly of products.
Customer interface experience preferred.
Travel might be required
Qualifications
Preferred BS Degree in Engineering/Technical discipline and previous experience within manufacturing. Preferred background with various automotive manufactures.
