SolidWorks Drafter


Adecco Engineering in St. Louis has a job for a talented, self motivated, organized individual working as a Solidworks Drafter.. The qualified candidate will have 1-3 years experience in Solidworks. Able to create accurate 3D models to spec and produce manufacturing drawings for production. The main duties of this position will be modeling and drafting. Very little design work associated with this opportunity. Great position for someone trying to get a start in the Design Engineering field. The client offers an excellent work environment where people enjoy coming to work each day. This company has a rich history in St. Louis and they have very little turn over on their staff. Responsibilities:
-Creation of detailed assembly, production, and vendor drawings
-Reverse Engineering on existing product components
-Creating 3D virtual prototypes of new product conceptual designs

Required Skills:
-1-3 years of manufacturing or design drafting experience
-Proficiency with 3D Solidworks
-Excellent mechanical aptitude
-Knowledge of manufacturing concepts

Duration: 3 month contract to hire
