Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a GPS Installer on a contact opportunity with a leading company in Philadelphia, PA. The position is expected to last 3-4 months with the possibility of becoming permanent. The position starts at an hourly rate of $13.50-15.00 per hour depending on experience.

In this position candidates will be performing installations of mobile electronics into vehicles.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1 year prior 12-volt installation experience preferably with GPS, alarms or stereos or prior related education and training
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel), in addition to good customer service and communication skills
Circuit board surface mount and hot air soldering rework experience would be a plus as well as current Basic MECP Certified or prior certification
