Adecco Engineering and Technical has teamed with a company in the Livonia, MI area that has a full time NVH Engineer/Specialist job available. This is direct hire position for a NVH Engineer who has 5+ years of experience in NVH with Driveline/Powertrain. Candidates will help ensure that designs meet targets for NVH performance.
The NVH Engineer/NVH Specialist job requirements include:
NVH Engineering ensures that designs meet targets for NVH performance. NVH Engineers follow the NVH requirements throughout the design process to guide engineering to minimize source excitations, component resonances, and interfaces with system sensitivities including modal alignment. They perform validation testing to signoff NVH performance. They perform development testing to improve developing and existing designs. The NVH engineer is a resource to transition NVH performance levels of prototypes to manufacturing.
Develop NVH targets for PTU Programs (Support/Lead)
-Input into Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R).
-Input into Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
-Review Product Verification Specification (PVS) and/or Subsystem Design
Specification (SDS).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
