SMT Engineer


· Minimum experience of 2-5 years in SMT assembly operations
· Bachelors degree in technical discipline required, or equivalent experience
· Skilled in MS Office applications and ERP systems
· Experience creating process control documentation
· Proficient at set-up, programming, and operation of SMT assembly equipment

o Solder Paste Screen Printing
o Pick & Place
o Reflow Soldering
o Automated Optical Inspection
o Flying Probe Testing
o Cleaning equipment


· Familiarity with ESD handling procedures
· Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
· Familiarity with IPC soldering standards
· English fluency
