Job Summary:
Position is responsible for performing all essential functions related to the antibody conjugation process. Candidate must be capable of following batch records, maintaining and analyzing lot histories for trends analysis, as well as performing analytical instrument maintenance and trouble shooting.

Responsibilities:

Basic understanding of antibody protein structure
Perform all essential functions related to the antibody purification process
Perform basic math calculation
Follow SOP, EOP, and Batch record
Prepare Buffers, Dilution, Dialysis
Centrifugation
Gel electrophoresis
Set up chemical reaction
Operate Centrifugation
Use Column chromatography, and balance, UV detector, Measure PH Meter


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related discipline
0-3 years relevant working experience with column chromatography, gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE, IEF gel) or knowledge of other analytical or detection methods
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills are essential. Must take initiative, flexible, highly motivated, and dependable
