Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of Engineering and Information Technology professionals, has immediate opportunities for entry level Field Test Technicians that have hands-on electro-mechanical experience with Agricultural Equipment. These are long-term contract positions that require EXTENSIVE TRAVEL. These positions are an excellent way to gain experience with a well known manufacturer of AG equipment.

In these positions you will support and run tests on agricultural equipment that is being tested in the field at remote locations. This will include troubleshooting and performing mechanical repairs, including some welding. Mostly domestic travel, but some international travel is possible.

Qualified candidates for this position do not need work experience, but a four year degree is preferred (Ag Engineering, Ag Technology or related major), with good mechanical aptitude and experience and have an extensive knowledge of farm machinery. Candidates should have hay experience with square balers. Candidates must also be able to work independently and have basic welding skills. Engineers who grew up on farms generally make excellent candidates for these positions. A good driving as well as the ability and desire to be HANDS-ON, and travel, are mandatory!
