Adecco, the #1 Human Resource provider has an opportunity for a Compensation Analyst to work at a premier client located in Westwood, NJ. This is a long term contract position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Sales incentive and non-sales bonus programs, including calculation payouts, plan design, administration, & communications.
-Evaluate positions and develop competitive salary ranges. Formulate new hire salary offers and provide compensation-related tools.
-Administer annual salary increase process and promotion nominations, including data analysis, review, reporting & approvals.
-Administration, analysis, and maintenance bonus plans.
-Evaluate proposed and existing jobs for classification in accordance with the job levels’ descriptions and FLSA status.
-Calculate accruals for accounting purposes for variable pay company bonus & sales incentive plans.
-Market Pricing – extensive use of salary survey data to maintain benchmarks and provide competitive analysis, resources, tools.
-Maintain salary structure to remain aligned with market movement and administer base salary plans.
-Salary planning, budgeting, and forecasting – maintain, analyze, and report company pay data. Increase pay program efficiency.
-Generate individual compensation statements for quarterly sales incentives and annual salary increases.
-Backup to other compensation staff
-Sales Incentive Compensation Experience
-Advanced MS Excel, Access, Proficient MS Office Suite
