JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform assigned purification activities to meet customer expectation with respect to service, timeliness, quality and cost. Interact with multiple departments to align production support activities with production schedule.
-Prepare reagents, media, solutions and sanitizers
-General operation of laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, pH meters, rotary evaporators, solvent extractors, tangential flow filtration units, and autoclaves
-GMP cleaning and sanitization of production suites
-Stocking and maintaining materials for production operations
-Assist with validation procedures
-Assist with reviewing and revising Standard Operating Procedures.
-Must be willing to work weekends and/or shift work to meet production needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-High school degree or equivalent required.
-Basic computer skills; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
-2 or more years previous experience in a laboratory or cGMP manufacturing environment
-Prior experience with qualification and validation of cGMP equipment or systems
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a multi discipline environment

Starting at $12 per hour based on experience.
