Adecco, a top leader in employment solutions, has a client who is CONSISTENTLY GROWING and in need of additional Operations Center Representatives to join their team to monitor the operations of data centers throughout the United States. This is a 3rd shift position, and does require working weekends, as they have 24/7 monitoring of the facilities.

If you have previously worked in vendor management, work order processing, database management, or in military operations centers, this position is for you! Recent graduates that work well in a team environment and a desire to excel in a fast paced environment have been very successful in this position!

2nd SHIFT -- Will require working 4:00 PM - Midnight. Shift days will vary. Must be flexible to work weekends.

PAY:
$12/HR


RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Monitor and responding to high volume e-mail while providing the highest level of customer service.

-Dispatch vendors for critical alarms and document transactions and interactions with customers and vendors.

-Follow escalation procedures for monitoring systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Proficient with MS Office Package.

-Previous experience navigating through multiple databases and ability to learn new systems/procedures quickly!

-Experience working with dual screens a plus!

-Excellent verbal and written skills, and prioritization skills are a MUST!
