Salesforce (CRM) Administrator
Not only does our world-class Long Island client use Salesforce™ to help them keep track of their potential clients, they also utilize its vast Marketing capabilities to make their customers around the world aware of the value of their products. But none of this happens magically and that is where you come in. Our client is searching for the perfect Salesforce™ (CRM) Administrator to make sure that the proper information is getting to the right customers at the right time and then track the results.
As our CRM Administrator, you would be responsible for:
Adding & deleting users, monitoring status, reporting issues, modifying fields & coordinating changes/improvements with developers.
Managing content of the web registration page.
Implement outbound e-mail advertising campaigns.
Coordinate creation of e-mail content with the Marketing and Communication Departments.
Provide training to internal users on reporting and usage, as appropriate.
Ensure data privacy compliance
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of database design required
• Working knowledge of HTML required
• Familiarity of state and federal laws regarding data privacy
• Familiarity of SPAM
Education, Skills & Experience:
• B.A. or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years technical experience
• Customer service and/or customer relations experience
