Systems Integration Analyst – Augusta, ME
$50K - $60K Base

Our client is a fast-growing company providing network solutions to utilities worldwide. They use advanced wireless networking technologies to help bring utility companies into the future. Our client is currently hiring a Systems Integration Analyst who will report to the Director of Systems Integration. The Systems Integration Analyst will be responsible for providing professional services as a key member of the solution delivery team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Installs and configures client software
• Troubleshoots and resolves system issues in customer environments
• Perform informal training to customer’s user groups on use and maintenance of software
• Participates on project teams deploying client software and other IT components. In most cases, the software implementation will be part of a larger technology deployment involving large scale (>1Million devices) networks
• Support the overall Project Director\Manager\ System Integration Lead as needed in project management activities
• Contribute to business process analysis and design, deployment planning and execution, and training development and delivery activities
• Interface with internal and client team members to complete project activities and required deliverables
• Develop expertise related to the utility industry and the client solution

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years hands on experience with complex systems
• Attention to technical detail
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a tenacious approach to issue resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline
• Experience in the Utility, Smart Grid or Energy Management field is a plus
• Capable of communicating effectively to both business and technical resources
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, high growth environment
• Broad working knowledge of enterprise systems technology including:

Databases – Oracle, MySQL
Applications Development plaftorm s ‐ Java,XML,
Networking – Enterprise Security, Firewalls,TCP/IP

• Competency with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, MS project and similar business tools
• Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time

Able to utilize problem solving methodologies while in the field independently

COMPENSATION
• $50K - $60K Base (DOE)
