Job description




The 3rd Shift Help Desk Technician job responsibilities will include:


Details: Four 12hr shifts Mon.-Thurs. 5pm-4am
Handles more complex problems or malfunctions of systems application, hardware and software. Responsible for day to day operations of Help Desk and some analysis on call volume. Recognize, research, isolate and resolve information systems problems. Coordinate referrals to appropriate technical, professional or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training, and follow-up.


NOC Experience Required!

Handles more complex problems or malfunctions of systems application, hardware, and software
Monitors and responds to events on network and servers and troublesoots and resloves network and server incidents

Qualifications:

Experience working within a fast paced 24/7 environment
Ability to work rotating schedules that include weekends and nights
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with switches and routers
