Job description

An ETL (Extract Transform and Load) Developer job opportunity in Greensboro, NC is now available with Adecco Engineering and Technical. This positions is a 6+ month contract. The ETL Developer will be responsible for implementation of complex Microsoft SQL Server databases in concurrent large-scale database implementation projects. The developers will also be configuring a new Microsoft SQL Server database, migrating data and objects from an established database into the new database utilizing a sustainable process. Responsibilities for this ETL Developer include:

Database implementation responsibilities include analyze data and define database design and optimizations, database configuration, perform data mapping and transform and migrate data
Database Support responsibilities include troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve a wide range of database issues with complex interdependencies, develop corrective SQL scripts, stored procedures and database fixes, data migration scheduling and monitoring, analyze and implement database change requests and enhancements

Qualifications for the ETL Developer will include:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
7 years of experience in an IT area with solid demonstrated experience in data architecture, integrating and analyzing disparate data sources and data quality improvement preferably in the real estate industry
5 years ETL development/architecture/design experience using tools like SSIS
Experience with SQL and coding techniques to code stored procedures and functions
