TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
∙ Experience with development languages such as .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET), HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery is required.
. Knowledge of Relational Databases (MSSQL Server) Highly Desired
∙ Knowledge of project management methodologies.
∙ Working knowledge of process analysis techniques and demonstrated documentation experience.
∙ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∙ Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
∙ Experience with structured business system including SalesForce.com and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):
Education and Work Experience:
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
∙ 2 years experience in Information Systems as a developer preferred.
∙ Ability to provide user support by investigating and resolving user problems
∙ Certification in programming languages system desired
