Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Systems or related field
Responsibilities:
Ø Monitor the status of all services provided by the Corporate Data Center and take corrective actions necessary (24 hours / 7 days a week / 365 days a year)
Ø Develop understanding of technical configuration of each of the central systems and communications infrastructure components; continually upgrade expertise in each area
Ø Troubleshoot system problems
Ø Assist in the development of procedures, computer monitoring scripts and other tools to improve the reliability of the systems and processes in the Corporate Data Center
Ø Provide Global Help Desk coverage
Technical Skills:
Ø 2+ years of experience in multiple areas of IT
Ø Experience in IT system operations and administration
Ø Knowledge of data computing hardware and software
Ø Knowledge of data networking architecture and operation
Ø Experience in IT Help Line and technical support processes
Ø Knowledge of technical procedure writing and documentation
Ø Skilled in standard office software and systems

General Skills:
Ø Ability to communicate effectively
Ø Ability to organize and prioritize
Ø Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ø Ability to work within a collaborative and team-oriented environment

Shift Schedule:
The position would be a 12 hour shift position with shifts alternating on either a 3/4 day cycle or 5/2 day cycle.
Mid Shift - 10:30pm-10:30am
Swing Shift - 10:30am-10:30pm
Day Shift - Mon-Wed7:30-4:30 Thurs-Fri7:30-3:30
Work an average of 43 hours/week
