SQL Reporting Services 2008 professional:
The person in this role will be helping to build our reporting environment, including developing reports, data models, etc.. So they need to understand SQL databases well, and have decent experience writing reports using Reporting Services including writing custom expressions. It is a mixture of a data analyst and programmer, probably more along the lines of a programmer or DBA. But someone who has used Reporting Services to write custom reports is crucial.
