Duties and responsibilities regularly performed and normally assigned to this position are as follows and they are listed in descending order of importance: Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
Documents, maintains, and upgrades hardware and software systems.
Supports and maintains user account information right, security, and systems groups.
Two to five years of experience. Needs experience with the following technologies: Windows XP & 7, Dell and Lenovo workstations and laptops, email and Blackberry support, remote tools, Active Directory, Active Sync, McAfee, Citrix experience a plus. A+ certification a minimum
Up to 20% travel
