Designs, implements, analyzes and modifies systems for various applications. Defines system objectives and prepares system design specifications. Responsible for interface problem solving. Responsible for gathering analyzing client business requirements in order to indentify and solve problems. Acts as communication liaison between business and IT teams.

Additional Job Requirements:

Enterprise & Portfolio Management (EPM) project – 10+ years of experience - need someone who specifically has a testing background, combined with implementation experience. With the upcoming phases being build, test and implementation, the BA will primarily serve as a Test Lead, and will also support implementation activities. Additionally, candidate must have 3+ years of Project/Program/Portfolio Management experience, so that they are conversant and experienced in the subject matter and can quickly gain the needed credibility with the business. Lastly, 3+ years of Business Objects experience is needed due to the large # of Business Objects reports that will be built, tested and deployed for Nuclear.
