Our Engineering and Technical division has a 5-month contract opportunity open for an IT Audit Analyst in Minneapolis, MN.

Essential Duties:

- Proactively identify and evaluate risk, develop audit programs, lead audits, provide
performance feedback to team members, identify issues, identify areas for improvement in
efficiency or effectiveness, and work with management in developing action plans to ensure
risks are effectively mitigated.
- Review work produced by other auditors and coordinate engagement activities at the team
level.
- Execute test of controls and transactions as well as data analysis.
- In addition to operational audits participate in and lead designated portions of the Company's
Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 Compliance project by identifying and assessing financial
controls, performing testing, and evaluating the accuracy and completeness of procedural
documentation.
- Prepare standardized audit work-papers, draft audit reports, scope documents, and audit
programs in accordance with professional audit standards.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Work experience in internal and external auditing of Information Technology
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance or ICOFR testing preferred
- General understanding of IT environment and IT General Controls in the insurance industry
- Experience in audit software TeamMate, MS Office
