Support Technicians provide technical support at the first stage level, and assists team members. Calls to this level may originate from a number of different areas to include store locations, and vendor staff. These technicians render assistance for equipment troubleshooting and ensure deployment process adherence. Technicians must have strong troubleshooting skills coupled with diagnostic, and problem solving skills, supervisory skills are an asset but not a request. Technicians must posses clear, accurately and tactful, communication is a must, both verbally and written. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access, Understanding of Intermediate/Expert technical terminology. Additionally the ability to work independently and occasionally lead within a group.
