HRIS Analyst - Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
HRIS Functional Analyst primarily focused on PeopleSoft compensation, position management, job profiles, and HRMS system setup
Responsible for integrations related to other non-PeopleSoft compensation systems
Provide support during client interactions for client touch-points or inquiries
Provide support and analysis for complex inter-domain projects
Responsible for participating in all client and internal meetings, as well as timely completing all work activities related to projects
Create detailed functional business requirement specifications and ensure proper testing hand-offs for integration testing.
Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops for projects
Evaluate requested changes and provide process and project impacts to the project manager
Identify downstream processes and impacts for projects
Work with third-party providers to ensure seamless process delivery
Lead process improvements for existing processes and support creation of new processes with emphasis on up/down stream impacts
Identify issues; drive change for related improvements
Identify and resolve complex issues with strong emphasis to associated patterns, trends, and root cause analysis
Support the internal and external Change Request process, including scoping
Assist with documentation and lead or support maintenance of release notes/training
Represent domain in meeting with other teams/domains to develop/refine process execution
Qualifications
Experience in PeopleSoft compensation, position management, job profiles, and HRMS system setup
4+ years of work experience in Compensation highly preferred
Experience with project implementation work preferred
Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple tasks is required
Demonstrated analytical skills, works independently
Ability to write client business requirements and process documentation
Ability to properly research and problem solve
Demonstrated proficient communication skills
Knowledge and/or experience with a case management system is a plus
Ability to support cross-domain processes
Experience with a Compensation Management System (CompLink, SuccessFactors, PeopleFluent, etc.) is a plus
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
