Adecco is recruiting Certified Pharmacy Technicians for one of the nation’s largest publicly traded health benefits companies. We are looking to add staff at its West Chester, Ohio location, in the Dispensing Area with a concentration on filling prescription and monitoring dispensing equipment.

Title: Dispensing Technician

Responsibilities:
• Filling and labeling prescriptions
• Monitoring automated dispensing equipment
• Maintaining proper inventory levels
• Restocking of product in the automated dispensing equipment
• Communicate and interact with fellow team members and Pharmacists
• Maintaining a high level of quality and productivity
• Properly maintaining automated dispensing equipment to ensure quality
and productivity levels

Education & Training:
Minimum qualifications include:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prefer National Certification (PTCB)
• Demonstrated previous success as a pharmacy technician

Candidates for this position must have the following competencies:
• Ability to quickly learn new systems
• Attention to quality and detail
• Be self directed as well as able to work in a group
• Able to work consistently and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to easily transition from task to task

Work Schedule:
• Candidates must be available to work flexible scheduling
• Daytime hours – Monday through Saturday with Sunday and Holidays as business needs arise.
• Overtime available.
Typical hours for Dispensing are 6a-4:30pm. You will work four days a week and may also have to rotate a weekend day in as well.
Pay and Benefits:
Average Hourly rate is $12 to $14.00 per hour, but will be determined by experience.
