Adecco Medical and Science has an opening for a Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Costa Mesa, CA

Description:
The ideal candidate will have 2+years of Pharmacy data entry experience (entering prescriptions), will have insurance/payment information, updating records. Will be working in aCall Center environment

Duties:

Make Outbound calls to patients, pharmacists, doctor's offices and insurance companies
Successfully resolve claim issues, coverage verification etc.
Work with management to continually improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician in the state of CA
Prior authorization, appeals, or health plan experience highly preferred
Available to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required according to the needs of the business
Prior stable work experience
Attention to details
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
Work with management to continually improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Additional Information:

Training will be between the hours of between 8am-5pm. 1.5 weeks of training
After training is when the shift will be determined for the candidate.
They must be available from 5:00am-10:00pm. NO time off from training.
Candidates must be prepared to work Holidays and Overtime
Excellent attendance is a MUST
This is a contract opportunity – that can possibly be extended
